Darby Buck has been questioned this week on the ‘Get To Know’ Quiz
For those who don’t know Darby, he has been working at Cinch for nearly six years. Originally starting in the Operations Department to then moving to Sales. He is a well-respected and recognised worker, with an excellent work ethic. From starting as an apprentice to moving his way up to Business Development Manager, he really does know the in’s and out’s of the business.
We are very thrilled to have quizzed him this week in our Get To Know Quiz, with some very honest answers! Please have a read below:
1. When did you start at Cinch?
Having left school at 17, I joined Cinch on an initial administration apprenticeship, who’d have thought ay, seems like an eternity ago now!
2. What does your day-to-day look like?
I am responsible for obtaining new clients, ensuring my amazing current clients are happy and getting out and about around the UK to introduce Cinch to anyone who’ll have me!
3. What is the best thing about working in the Sales Department?
The freedom you get, meeting new people and getting to travel the UK doing so…and the bonus of course!
4. What are your favourite things about the Cinch group?
The unique brand with the fantastic team we have here, the fantastic office environment we have also!
5. How do you keep your clients happy?
The team we have here help make that easy, but hopefully my clients would say they enjoy my account management style, I have a great relationship with all of my clients, I live for the gossip and conversations on a daily basis.
6. Where would we find you at the weekend?
Very easy- anywhere across the UK where Rotherham are playing, home and away. With a Guinness in hand as well, may I add!
7. Do you have a memorable moment at Cinch?
Into my 6th year now so there is a fair few, but I’d have to say the amazing incentive trip I went on last year!
