1. Why did you decide to join The Cinch Group?
Cinch presented an exciting and unique challenge to shape the future of the payroll umbrella industry. I was particularly impressed by the company’s commitment to innovation and its client-centred approach.
2. Do you have any professional goals that you have set yourself?
I’m focused on expanding our market presence and ensuring Cinch becomes a household name in the payroll umbrella industry. My goal is to lead the company through a period of strategic growth while maintaining the high standards of service that our clients have come to expect.
3. Tell us something we would never guess about you …
I used to play lacrosse and had the opportunity to tour the East Coast of the USA, competing against teams in New York, Washington, Connecticut, Baltimore, and Virginia.
4. Do you have any holidays booked?
I’m planning to take my family on a safari to Kenya and Tanzania to witness the majestic migration of the Big 5 animals. Hopefully, they’ll be as excited to see us as we are to see them—though I’m pretty sure the lions won’t be asking for selfies!
