The Cinch Group’s Payroll Manager!
Evie has been working with us since June 2022 on the Operations team and has recently had a promotion to Payroll Manager! This was Evie’s first job in the payroll sector but she has taken to it really well and provides great quality service levels. She has fit into the team amazingly and the future looks very bright for Evie here at The Cinch Group!
1. Why did you decide to join the team at Cinch?
I worked in healthcare for 3 years and after Covid-19 I wanted a new challenge. It’s also great that my best friend works in the office next door, which helped me settle in quickly. I’ve really enjoyed learning new skills in a completely different setting.

3. Do you have any professional goals that you have set yourself?
A professional goal I’ve set for myself is to be more independent!

I can fit my fist in my mouth!
5. Have you ticked something off your bucket list? What was it?
I haven’t ticked anything off my bucket list yet, but I do want to go to the Amalfi coast and eat a real Italian carbonara. Sounds boring, but I love pasta!
6. If money was no object and you had to book three holidays – one city break, one beach holiday and one winter holiday – where would you go?
My choices would be…
