The Cinch Group’s Client Liaison Officer!
Beth has been working at Cinch since 2019, pre-Covid times, in the Operations Team as a Client Liaison. Beth handles with the new starters that are sent across and ensures that they are setup accordingly, whilst also liaising with agencies and consultants. Beth has shown high levels of customer service and dedication.
1. Why did you decide to join the team at Cinch?
I have always liked working in an office environment and had a lot of experience in a customer service/admin background which could easily be applied to this role.
2. Do you have any professional goals that you have set yourself?
A professional goal I have set for myself would be to progress into an HR role in the near future.
3. Tell us something we would never guess about you …
I have two irrational fears that a lot of people might find bizarre! I am scared of graveyards and petrified of large fountains. The ones outside The Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas are terrifying to me.
4. Have you ticked something off your bucket list? What was it?
I recently bought my first home, passed my driving test and started a family. Now, I’m looking ahead to getting married, moving to the countryside and adopting lots of animals, seeing the Northern Lights and meeting Lady Gaga & Karl Pilkington!
5. Do you have a question for the next team member?
If money was no object and you had to book three holidays that consisted of one city break, one beach holiday and one winter holiday – where would you go?
