We are delighted to introduce Beth Hulbert, a member of The Cinch Group since 2019!

Beth has been working at Cinch since 2019, pre-Covid times, in the Operations Team and a Client Liaison. Beth handles with the new starters that are sent across and ensures that they are setup accordingly, whilst also liaising with agencies and consultants. Beth has shown high levels of customer service and dedication. She recently announced some amazing news, and is due a baby in May so will be going on Maternity Leave soon. We wish her all the best on her journey into motherhood!

We asked her our quiz questions and her answers are below:

1. When did you start working for Cinch?

I started in June 2019. It has gone so quick and I have enjoyed every minute of if 😃

2. What are your day-to-day jobs?

Taking incoming calls and contacting employer’s to register for payment. General admin such as managing emails, customer accounts, handling ID for customers, speaking with agencies & explaining payment methods & Wage slips.

3. Why did you choose to join Cinch?

It was a new challenge, used to working in a financial background for loans so it was a nice alternative to work in a different office space for a payroll company working with agency workers. I was able to apply my experience from my past employment to this roll well which made the work easier to approach.

4. Tell us a little bit about yourself?

I turned 30 last year, I am currently 7 Months Pregnant with a baby boy due 1st May. I have a passion for music, make up, animals, gardening & interior design.

5. Meal in a restaurant or takeaway on the sofa?

Depends on the time of year, if it’s a warm day then I’d prefer a meal out (particularly sat outside in a nice outdoor seating area with the sunshine), but if the weather’s naff then you can’t beat a pizza and a movie on the sofa 😊

6. Do you have a party trick or secret talent?

I can play acoustic guitar (although I haven’t played properly in a while so am a bit rusty these days).

Operations Director Grace Lebond commented: “Beth has been a real key member of the team for some years now, and smashes through getting all our new starters set up for payment quickly ahead of payroll. There will be a real hole in the team once she goes on her maternity leave but equally we are really excited for her- only a few months left to go Beth ! 😃”
