Jenna is our Operations Director here at The Cinch Group. Jenna ensures a smooth process from start to finish, and has implemented an efficient workflow to maximise productivity and performance.
1. Why did you decide to join The Cinch Group?
I enjoy the challenges and variety that the payroll industry offers, which is why I chose to join the team. Joining Cinch has been incredibly rewarding, and I believe it’s the best decision I’ve ever made!
2. Do you have any professional goals that you have set yourself?
My main goal is to excel in my role and soak as much knowledge as possible. Setting ambitious goals gives me the motivation and challenge that I really enjoy.

My surname is a Glaswegian football team and a specific tartan
4. Have you ticked something off your bucket list? What was it?
Yes! One thing on my bucket list is to see as many places around the world with my family. We are 25% of the way there, with a very exciting trip to Thailand next year booked.
5. Do you have any holidays booked?
Yes we are off to Tunisia in October and Gran Canaria in April. Looking forward to a bit of R&R after a busy second and third quarter.
6. If a genie gave you three wishes, what would you wish for and why?
- To have enough money to never worry
- For my family to always be safe and healthy
- To own a holiday home because we love family time away
