Introducing Jenna Pollock, this year’s winner of ‘Employee of the Year’!
Jenna started working with us in August 2021 on the Payroll Team. Jenna deals with all things payroll, accounts and hours, and has recently won the title of ‘Employee of the Year’ for 2022. Jenna’s hard-work and commitment has really paid off! The Cinch Group are very lucky to have a payroll manager so enthusiastic and driven.
We did a quick ‘Get to Know’ quiz with Jenna to find out her day-to-day duties and what she likes to do on her days off, these were her responses:
1. What does your day to day look like at the Cinch Group?
My day at the Cinch Group consists of managing all thing payroll and ensuring all workers are paid on time. Dealing with hours and accounts as well!
2. How have you found moving into payroll management in the last year?
I have absolutely loved every minute of it , the challenges it brings and the different aspects of the job , learning something new every day and working out new and more effective ways of running payroll.
3. Favourite thing about working with Cinch?
It’s never a dull day in the office with my work colleagues. We have such an amazing team with a really nice atmosphere so we all work really well together and communicate effectively with one another.
4. Where would you be found on the weekends?
Usually stood out in the rain as my wife plays football for Hull City Ladies FC
5. Night in relaxing, or night out?
Night in relaxing watching a film and having a glass of prosecco. Although, with a new puppy running around the house, some would say it is not so relaxing!
6. Secret Talent or Party Trick?
I used to be a hairdresser!
